Step 1 of 3
Finance AI Diagnostic
A 5-day structured assessment of your finance operations. You receive a Finance Automation Roadmap with findings ranked by financial exposure - regardless of whether you proceed with a Sprint. The Diagnostic is the product, not a sales step.
What we assess
Five domains across your finance operations. Each one is assessed against your actual data, not a template.
AP and Vendor Master
Vendor master quality, duplicate exposure, GSTIN compliance, first-pass match rate, duplicate payment history.
Month-End Close
Close timeline from books closing to board pack, bottlenecks by day, variance commentary lag.
Cash Flow Visibility
Daily cash position process, rolling forecast quality, Cash Conversion Cycle tracking, multi-entity reconciliation.
Reporting and FP&A
Management report production time, variance commentary process, self-serve access, single source of truth for the financial model.
Balance Sheet and AR
AR aging visibility, collections process, DSO tracking, receivables exception management.
How it works
90-minute intake call with CFO and Finance Controller. We map your operations across all 5 domains and identify where the highest friction is. You share two CSV exports - vendor master and 12 months of AP transactions.
We run your data through the Finance Data Layer. Vendor master validated against GST portal. Transactions scanned for duplicates, exception patterns, and compliance gaps. Findings compiled with ₹ exposure quantified.
CFO-ready findings presentation. Finance Automation Roadmap delivered - top 3-5 findings with root cause, evidence, and Sprint recommendation. Vendor Master Health Score (0-100) included.
No ERP access required. No IT involvement. Data in via CSV - findings delivered in five working days.
What you receive
- Finance Automation Roadmap - findings ranked by financial exposure
- Vendor Master Health Score (0-100) with breakdown by compliance category
- Top 3-5 findings with root cause and supporting evidence
- Sprint recommendation - which Sprint to start with and why
- CFO-ready findings presentation (Day 5 walkthrough call included)
You keep the roadmap regardless of what comes next. There is no obligation to proceed.

Fix it once. Monitor it permanently.
Each Sprint is an eight-week engagement that delivers a running intelligence system - not a one-time report. At the end of Sprint 1, your vendor master is clean and monitored. At the end of Sprint 2, your duplicate payment exposure is tracked automatically every month.
How a Sprint works
Data intake and baseline
We receive your ERP data exports, run them through the Finance Data Layer, and establish a baseline. You see what exists today - volumes, exceptions, compliance gaps - before we touch anything.
Build and validate
We build the monitoring rules, compliance checks, and exception logic specific to your business. Each rule is validated against your actual data, not a generic template. India-specific compliance - GSTIN, TDS, e-invoicing - is built in, not bolted on.
Handover and first Monthly Brief
The monitoring system goes live. Your first Monthly Finance Operations Intelligence Brief is delivered at Week 8. This is the document your CFO and Finance Controller will receive every month going forward.
No ERP access required. No IT project. Data in via CSV - monitoring out via Monthly Brief.
The Sprint Stack
The Diagnostic determines which Sprint is the right starting point. For most clients, that is Sprint 1. For some it is Sprint 2 directly.
Vendor Master Intelligence
Vendor masters grow unchecked. Duplicate vendors, cancelled GSTINs, missing TDS categories, and stale bank accounts accumulate over years. Most finance teams discover the damage during an audit or a payment fraud incident.
- Vendor master cleaned and validated against GST portal data
- Compliance rules configured for your vendor base - GSTIN, TDS category, PAN matching
- Duplicate vendor detection - same PAN, same GSTIN, same bank account
- Bank account change monitoring - flagged before the next payment run
- Monthly Finance Operations Intelligence Brief - Vendor Master module
Duplicate Payment Detection
At ₹25 Cr+ monthly AP spend, duplicate payments are not an edge case - they are a statistical certainty. Same vendor, same invoice amount, two payments. Or same invoice number, two vendors. The money leaves the account before anyone notices.
- Duplicate payment detection rules configured for your AP transaction patterns
- High-risk transaction flagging before payment run - not after
- Recovery tracking for confirmed duplicates
- Monthly Finance Operations Intelligence Brief - Duplicate Payment module added
Can run standalone or alongside Sprint 1.
AP Exception Intelligence
Low first-pass match rates mean your AP team spends most of its time resolving exceptions manually - PO mismatches, quantity variances, invoice header errors. The exceptions pile up, payment cycles stretch, and vendor relationships suffer.
- AP exception classification - PO mismatch, quantity variance, price variance, header errors
- First-pass match rate baseline and improvement tracking
- Exception aging - how long each type takes to resolve and where the bottleneck is
- Monthly Finance Operations Intelligence Brief - AP Exception module added
AR Collections Intelligence
Collections teams work from static ageing reports. By the time a receivable hits the 90-day bucket, the window for easy recovery has closed. Intelligence applied earlier - at 15 and 30 days - changes the outcome.
- Receivables ageing with customer payment behaviour patterns
- Early warning flags - customers showing signs of payment delay before it happens
- Collections prioritisation - which accounts to call first, in which order
- Monthly Finance Operations Intelligence Brief - AR Collections module added

We'll be in touch when it opens - or sooner, if the Diagnostic points there.
Step 3 of 3 - Intelligence Retainer
Step 3 of 3
The intelligence doesn't stop when the Sprint does.
Each Sprint delivers a running monitoring system. The retainer operates it - every month, on fresh data, with a brief your CFO and Finance Controller can act on the same day they receive it.
Monthly Finance Operations Intelligence Brief
Every month, IQSS delivers a structured brief covering every active module. It is not a status report. It is a prioritised set of findings, exceptions, and actions - with the ₹ at risk quantified, and the CFO action list at the front.
Finance Operations Health Score - Red / Amber / Green per active module
Top 3 findings this month - each with estimated ₹ exposure
CFO action list - numbered, owner named, deadline set
Module detail - exceptions flagged, resolved, and carried forward
India Compliance Calendar - upcoming GST, TDS, and e-invoicing deadlines
Regulation Alerts - new circulars or rule changes that affect your vendor base
PDF brief + 30-minute walkthrough call with Rajesh, included every month.
How the retainer grows
The retainer covers all active modules. As each Sprint completes, the corresponding module is added to the Monthly Brief - no renegotiation, no new contract.
One retainer. Every active module. One brief.
How it works month to month
IQSS sends data upload reminder.
You upload CSV exports to your dedicated OneDrive folder - vendor master and AP transactions, the same files as Sprint intake.
Finance Data Layer pipeline processes uploads. Exception list generated across all active modules.
IQSS reviews exceptions, adds commentary and India compliance context. Monthly Brief drafted.
Brief delivered - PDF to CFO and Finance Controller. 30-minute walkthrough call scheduled.
Brief includes cross-client benchmarks (anonymised) - how your vendor master health score compares to peers at similar revenue and ERP stage.
Why this works
Most finance teams know their data has problems. The gap is not awareness - it's bandwidth. No one has time to pull vendor master reports every month, cross-check against the GST portal, and review AP transactions for duplicates on top of a full close cycle.
The retainer fills that gap without adding headcount. IQSS runs the monitoring. Your team acts on the findings. The CFO gets a brief they can read in ten minutes.
Start with the Diagnostic
The retainer starts with a Diagnostic. Five days to find where your highest exposure is - and which Sprint to start with.
